Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a return authorization request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixtures, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
